TUSENFRYD

Hi
Today I`m going to tell you a little about a very cool amusement park named Tusenfryd. I`ve been there many times and, I have to say, I think its the best amusement park I`ve ever visited.
(Not that I have visited so many) ;)

Tusenfryd is Norway`s most popular amusement park and is located just outside of Oslo. It is a big park and is suitable for children and adults in all ages. It has a lot of nice restaurants, many cool roller coasters and attractions. In the summer you can also bath in nice pools and slide in funny waterslides.
Speedmonster is Tusenfryd`s most popular attraction. The roller coaster takes you from 0 to 99 km/h in just 2 seconds. You will be weightless 7 times and find yourself upside down 3 times during the ride. Are you tough enough to try?

Spinspider is maybe the scariest attraction in Tusenfryd. You sit in a big circle together with 40 other passengers. You get swung 44 meters up in the air and rotated around towards the clock at the same time! The attraction has a top speed of 115 km/h and you get a feeling of constant weightless. This roller coaster is not for sissies. Thunder Coaster is named one of the best wooden roller coasters in the world! Thunder Coaster`s top speed is almost 100 km/h and in addition to that you are weightless 12 times during the ride.

Are you maybe not one of the toughest roller coaster drivers? Don’t you worry; Tusenfryd has a lot of attractions for you too. Like the classical bumper cars, Sverrehusken (a big swing where you get swung around and around high up in the air), Western Express(a nice roller coaster for the whole family), Tømmerstupet (you sit in a log and rides up and down and in the end, down a fall to a super splash) and much more…

Hi again. I forgot to publish a little movie I and Maud made when we where visiting Aker brygge. (sorry). So I`m just publishing it now.

p.s. sorry for the bad filming, I know its very shaky. (Maud is the actress, I`m the one who is filming)

Karl Johan and Aker brygge

Hi everyone. A couple of days ago I (Karoline) and Maud went out to Karl Johan and Aker brygge and took some photos to the blog so you guys can see how nice it is.

In case you don`t know; Karl Johan is a shoppingstreet in the middle of Oslo. It has many cool shops, restaurantes and cafes. It is named by a norwegian (or actually a French/Swedish) king.

(Right now the snow is melting away, the grass is grey and the trees are without leaves so it doesn`t look so nice like it normally does). Anyway, I hope you enjoy the photos ;)
